Agreement

By accessing https://themessagebag.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Operator

The Site is operated by Steve Simonson (“we,” “us”) under the brand The Message Bag. It is a crowdfunding pre-sale interest site. Joining the list is not a purchase and does not create a binding order.

Pre-sale interest — not a live campaign checkout

Campaign numbers, tiers, and timing on the Site are informational. We may change product details, pricing, colors, flaps, and launch windows before crowdfunding opens. When a campaign launches, purchases will be governed by that platform’s terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Site in a way that impairs service or violates law
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload our hosting, security, or ad infrastructure
• Submit false information to the interest form or misuse another person’s email
• Misrepresent affiliation with The Message Bag or Steve Simonson

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, original text, design, logos, photography, and film on the Site are owned by Steve Simonson or licensors. You may link to public pages and share brief quotations with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions without permission.

Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. Ad content is the responsibility of advertisers and ad networks. Clicking ads may take you to third-party sites governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for cookies and ad opt-out links.

Disclaimer of warranties
